2 minutes Chocolate Lava Mug Cake

No, you're not dreaming...

Yes, it's real...

Let me introduce you to a beautiful thing...

This is my new best friend, I call her Chocolate Lava Mug Cake. 

To start off, if you haven’t already, you’ll need to make that magical cake mix. Super, super, super simple…just two ingredients…mix it together...

Grab your mug. Grab two mugs…you’ll want seconds…

Add 3 tablespoons of the mix, then 2 tablespoons of water…

Then, we’ll add the magic.

Chocolate Pudding Mix.

I just used a regular chocolate pudding snack, but I have made this with a sugar-free pudding snack, and it’s just as awesome! Just drop in half of the pudding snack. But don’t stir it! Toss it in the microwave for just 1 minute…

Pull it out… careful… it’s hot! Eat it right out of the mug.

A little cookies and cream ice cream right on top. Heaven. In. A. Mug. 
Go, make, enjoy, repeat.

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp chocolate Betty Crocker cake mix
• 2-1/2 tbsp water
• 2 tbsp of a chocolate pudding snack cup
• 1 scoop ice cream (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a microwave safe mug combine 3 tablespoons of the cake mix* with 2 tablespoons of water.
2. Whisk together with a fork or small whisk.
3. Drop in 2 tbsp chocolate pudding snack cup, but DO NOT stir.
4. Microwave for 1 minute. Less than 2 minutes.
5. Leave the cake in the mug to enjoy.
6. Top with ice cream (optional)

Notes: To make mug mix: whisk together 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix and 1 box Angel Food Cake Mix and store in an air tight container.
